I started MotherTongues (www.mothertongues.com) 4 years ago. It is a fun learning experience to grow a business. But now I'm at the point where I'd love to GROW it into a profitable, bigger-than-small business. The problem is how to spread the word about MotherTongues - since the ethos of the company involves community, peace & justice, the environment, I have to choose stores carefully: these t-shirts won't sell in any shop.
I'm thinking of creative ideas to grow - things I can do to grow myself and my business in a healthy way. Any ideas?

Today is Shopping Day - in capital letters for a lot of people. Since I've read about the Swedish word Lagom, and made a t-shirt with the word (see it at here), I've been wondering about stuff - do I really need more of it, or is it just because everyone else has it, that I want it? What do I really really need? I'm on a journey to see if I can live with less. And I'm thinking of trying not to buy anything new for a month. But maybe after the holidays...
